My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

The item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged, or if I shipped the incorrect product (my error).

To start a return, please contact me first (see Section 4 below). Do not send the item back without instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. The timing of the refund posting depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products not in their original condition (used, damaged, missing tags/packaging).
Non-returnable items as listed above.
Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to my error).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of my error (wrong or defective item).
I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to me.
